Steps for making electronic purchases:

  3. In your shopping cart, you can view the price and other information related to the products. Additionally, you can change the quantities of the products or remove them from your cart. Product prices and total amounts include VAT.

  4. You can proceed to purchase the items in your cart in four different ways: payment with a credit card, installment payments with a credit card, discounted payment via bank transfer, and cash on delivery. After choosing the payment method, a detailed screen will appear according to your selected payment method. Click the "Buy Now" button after entering the required information.

  5. If you choose to pay by credit card, as soon as you confirm the order, the information reaches a network processing mechanism (SSL) where banks approving or rejecting the transaction through a special gateway on the internet. If your credit card information is valid, your order is accepted. The payment for the purchased items reaches us through the bank. If the order is successfully completed, an email containing information about the order is sent to the customer. The purchased product is delivered by a reliable courier company chosen by the customer, upon showing identification to the person receiving the order.

  6. At the end of these processes, the system will automatically provide you with an order number and direct you to the order tracking module. This number must be saved for later payment and order tracking processes.

  7. Through the order tracking module, you can check the status of your orders at any time.

In case of a dispute related to your complaint, the consumer can apply to Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts. The monetary limits for Consumer Arbitration Boards to be competent for disputes are as follows:

  1. For disputes below 6,920 Turkish Liras: District Consumer Arbitration Boards,
  2. For disputes between 6,920 Turkish Liras and 10,390 Turkish Liras in metropolitan cities: Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards,
  3. For disputes below 10,390 Turkish Liras in non-metropolitan city centers: Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards,
  4. For disputes between 6,920 Turkish Liras and 10,390 Turkish Liras in districts of non-metropolitan cities: Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards.

For disputes exceeding these values, the consumer should apply to Consumer Courts. The competent authority is the Consumer Arbitration Board and Consumer Courts where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction is made.

In case of a dispute, you can also resort to all alternative dispute resolution methods accepted in our country, such as arbitration and mediation.

It is known that alternative dispute resolution methods are faster, more economical, and more effective. Resorting to these resolution methods will not eliminate your right to resort to legal remedies.
